Very good read sir. I think one of the most important things to consider (depending on how long a person wishes to hold this stock) is the fact that there will be no casino THIS YEAR. Personally I believe that there WILL be a casino added at some point in the future.
So my question to anyone on the fence is this: would you be willing to wait 2-5 years if it meant a 10,000-20,000% return on your investment?
Nothing in the stock market is a sure thing and this stock is no different. However, there is a lot of potential here for VERY BIG things.
