Based on all of the "great" things being announced CURRENTLY by management shouldn't they be buying now more than ever? Evidently even jim doesn't even believe himself. This tovc mgmt team can NEVER be trusted. Their words are shallow. imo.
I understand why they couldn't buy at that time. But since Destler was allowed recently to buy, the other BOD should be able to also. Why aren't they buying at these prices if they wanted to buy on 12/4/08. It appears that any restrictions have been lifted.
Knotbad can attack me all he wants but it is a legitimate question that is more important to me than how many shorts there are.
Jim should address this in his next CEO message. He is the one who made the statement on 12/4/08.
