When you were looking at these charts did you consider the share structure? A lot of them didn't run as hard as this one will because they had billions of shares outstanding. VCTY moves on air, and another run up is imminent as soon as there is a PR and some positive attention. It seems as though so far we have counted over 5 million shares just between a few people on the board.
