true, also ecigs were given the go ahead by the courts. now just because a higher court has temporally stayed that first decision, there is no reason for for any ecig company to hold back in the US while the corrupt FDA play their games.

Now technically SFIO is not in the same boat as the other ecigs companies.
SFIO is not a vapor ecig. One of the claims the FDA is making is no one knows the effects of liquid vapor nicotine in the lungs
SFIO Smokefree is dry like a regular cig but no tar,no smoke. it should simply be regulated like a regular cigaret. minus the extra tax for cancer.

I can not see the FDA winning in court against the SFIO brand of ecigs.
nothing the FDA have said against the vapor ecigs apply to the SFIO brand at all.
