1fatcat2 Dean told shareholders or had shareholders believe 6 acquisitions were a done deal, no dilution, stock is under valued, Buyback, Ceo Buyback, and major Revs and profit with only 350mil OS.
None of these things Dean talked about happened and any increase in OS when he PR all the great things and then ultimately took the OS from the 300mil range to a fully diluted OS of almost 1.5bil up almost 500% because he forgot to tell shareholders about 40% going to the lender and hundreds of millions of shares for non-profitable companies like TF and minseeker is nothing but misleading....fraud....and every other word you can think of.
Dean painted a rosy picture......sold shares
and a higher price because of that.....and boned the shareholders in the process with his lies.
Dean was given a deadline when it would be complete,he relayed that info to us, the deal changed.Dean had to change with it which caused delays. The lender requested collateral in the form of shares, which in my mind speaks volumes about the lender. Why would they lend that kind of money and hold shares in a Company that you believe is a fraudulent scam? As far as TF and mineseeker are concerned these so called "non-profitable" co's have technologies and patents that I think can make money, alot of $$$. Just because mineseeker has a non-profitable arm does not mean they can't make money. I would agree however Dean should not put any time lines in any PR that he is not 100% sure can be met. Just PR it once it is done. In time everyone will know.....
