on a scale of 100 he has earned a rating of 99 for constantly looking after everyone (shareholders,investors etc) trying it seems to do the right thing

Yes I agree there too but it is soooo important that we know who is supplying the exploration money and how many shares are they going to get and at what discount. And vitally important .. what is THEIR reputation ??? There is a deal broadly outlined and the details have been promised.
