Could be, but I would respectfully disagree. Quest has pulled off much bigger projects/implementations/launches before. Their Sales, Marketing & Operational resources are ample. If they had the chance to launch both VRML & HDC at the same time, they would. They are Wall Street driven quarter by quarter and every source of new revenue is precious - since the organic growth of this industry stalled many years ago. My guess, is as soon as the LDA process is complete, they will launch ASAP.

Hopefully I didn't misconstrue your post.
