even after SEC chairman Cox actually had to acknowledge it in 2008 .. and the other *bs party line* .. otc and otc bb co.s can't be shorted even tho' it was clear as day what i was observing on rt l2 with regularity .. my response was that it most likely wasn't retail doing the shorting to start ~ but then imo the collusion in place with certain MM's and HEDGE FUNDS is where the *KEYS* lie .. here's to them being unlocked over the coming year

the only advice i've ever given is basic
access l2 to learn the patterns shown understand the risk involved *even* with legit co.s and never invest/trade more than one can afford to lose
