How could they pass this without a stockholder vote? Do the insiders own that many shares? If they do, that is a positive because they are taking a 1 for 900 hit also. I hope you are still on the airwaves and know some answers to the questions so I know what to do tomorrow morning. When does it become effective, do you know? Is my math okay that we would then trade at $2.70 per share? Chucker
