The company to my knowledge has no experience at having a product approved by the FDA. That could make some worry and would be normal and thats the downside, that is also why shares are so cheap and undervalued. The fix to that is two fold

1. Hire in a consultant who has done hundreds of successful applications and Approvals. Which is the likely hood (only a guess)

or

2.Partner with a company who has the experience and know how to get FDA approval take the product to market.

3. Sell the test out right.

JMHO
