They're closed. I emailed the guy though.... Hopefully he gets back to me... That would be an absurd number of outstanding shares, pretty much dooming the company to worthlessness forever and ever... I can't imagine a CEO of a business that's actually receiving revenue diluting that much... but we'll see...
