Per the disclosure statement filed 2-22-10:

Period end date;
September 30, 2009
(ii) Number of shares authorized;
10,000,000,000
(iii) Number of shares outstanding;
1,412,575,785
(iv) Freely tradable shares (public float);
916,032,064

That was according to the disclosure statement for Period End Date September 30th 2009. I bought 10 Million shares yesterday expecting that since it was filed on February 22nd that it was still be the same.

I bought assuming the OS was the same as of September 30th, 2009. It wasn't it was 7.3 Billion more. So I kind of doubt the float is still only 900 Million.

I could be wrong though, I don't know for a fact. I only know that OldMonMouth told me O/S 8,791,701,106
