I also looked to a stock like, oh, say....VMRLQ for how a penny stock trades...didn't get much info there either.

The EVSO contract is for Chinese wafers, not EVSO wafers. EVSO is simply the middleman between the Chinese manufacturer and the Japanese buyers, and as such will only be taking a commission on the $36 million contract.

Don't be fooled by the PR headline; EVSO is just the salesperson, not the supplier, in this agreement.
