The market price won't affect the corporation's tax.

I don't think Frank would not generate income just to avoid tax.....besides, even if we have income for the last 3 months, this year is still a loss year.

3 months income VS. 12 months of expense.

No way the net income will show positive. If we do, than Damn are we in the right business!

cableguy...If everyone that could subcribe right now did...I don't think TMM would owe a dime in taxes. You pay taxes on profit...there will not be profit for a long while IMO.
