Personally I don't know that we will get a share structure statement until it doesn't matter anymore.

As soon as I see a 40% jump in O/S or get a PR saying the funding is complete and the shares are held in escrow (not in OS) then I will know there is no further need for any share structure changes and will be able to figure out most everything I need to know from the way it trades afterward.
