Those weak existing home numbers will not help either, jobs hard to come by and buyers waiting for another shoe to drop in the RE market before setpping in, in any big way.

EXPU numbers of originations would be nice to have, not gross numbers but actual numbers of closings so we could estimate some sort of P&L YTD.
