#354 RE: Mingy #351

exactly mingy ..

as i posted elsewhere the fact that
any ceo of a micro in transition should
not only have to be an expert in securities
but that folks can't understand what the co.s
pps would look like with *daily* shorting that
runs above 50 percent without a *white knight*
to offset the *efforts* is mind boggling

the *pps* wouldn't stand a prayer .. those who
would *win* are those who have been shorting
the co.s stock down from the second they become
a public entity .. the correlations are crystal
clear .. on the otc and otc bb it's NITE

they have the monopoly to destroy for profit
all co.s on the otc and otc bb
.. most co.s will
just r/s and the process starts all over again
but eventually the micro will collapse .. some
can withstand the assault but it takes years to
pry themselves free of NITE's impact .. the very
few that succeed do so due to $$$$$ and lots of it

it's tactics and strategies that few will have
that will outwit *nite* and get a move on to
the next level .. where the *efforts* aren't quite
as *obvious* as it is on the otc/otc bb

notice .. VAEV .. MM monthly info in dec .. TOP 2 MM's
by volume .. month and 2009 ytd NITE did 59% of VAEV's
dec volume and was almost double for the ytd total of
what the next MM did ~ that is flat out wrong as well
as a monopoly .. notice jan mm info etmm is now 2nd
their entire ytd volume in 2009 = 130,800 (almost what
they did in jan 2010 alone)

I did.

143 Days Of "Shorted" Data

DELL - 496,659,412 "Short" Positions / 1,228,078,287 Total Shares Traded
40.44%

SPNG - 1,709,405,267 "Short" Positions / 5,980,535,338 Total Shares Traded
28.58%

Of the 143 days of data, DELL had a higher ratio than SPNG!

No matter way you slice it Mingy, you are misinterpreting the data!

Has it ever occurred to you that the increases of "shorts" correlates to Pike's buying? What does that indicate to you? You can't ignore it!!!

Mingy, other companies have had as big and bigger percentages of daily "shorting" and gone UP in PPS, unlike VAEV which has plummeted Down. You continue to misinterpret the data, which is easy to do since FINRA and the SEC has chosen not to segregate the data into meaningful categories. In reality, the FINRA data, as presently published, is utterly useless and in many cases, such as VAEV and SPNG, misleading and dangerous.
