Re: "Here's another theory." It seems to pass TOU test although the Latin translation is deeply flawed. Alas, Latin is no longer a required subject in schools notwithstanding the proper understanding, use, and appreciation of English language arguably requires study of Latin. For one, over 65% of all English words are Latinate (via Norman French generally), those being the more abstract sophisticated terms.

Anyhow, an observer offered yet another variant theory in a PM. To paraphrase: a private-placement holder is shorting shares knowing he can easily cover when restricted legend is removed. Observer points by name to one disruptive suspect likely in this scenario. Unnamed here.
