Steve I agree with your post mostly but I would give "Credentials of DF's replacement." better odds than 50/50. At least 51/49, but seriously if you are hiring someone to replace you after all the work you have dune so far to bring the company to wear it is today, wouldn't you think you would hire someone that is as good if not better than you. But since we have no idea who it is I'll stick with 51/49 odds.
