I just spoke with Yvonne and she indicated that nothing will
happen until the auditors finish their final review. She did not know how long that would take.

They are transferring the phone system to UK as head office is there. No change for Irvine office.

The 4Q results are scheduled to be released on 3/15/10, but they
have until end of March to report.

The main emphasis is to clear up the SEC stuff, which I assume
would be done by 3/4/10.
