Gang, go back and look at all the "it would nice if we had an audit" posts. There are hundreds going back to last summer. These guys promise audits and revenues and mergers and up listings over and over and over and over and never deliver... Either they announce a merger or harassment by investors to audit firms who quit; it's never ending...
Review the rather long ethical history of the firm's principals. Review all the PR's from the inception of LDSR in fall 08. Then count up all the transparency roadblocks that have occurred. Then ask yourself are your investment dollars worth betting on the previous mentioned?
