Scottrade and fidelity do.

You can trade them using the foreign "F" designation tickers (that end with the letter "F.").

Timmins Gold for example trades on the TSX as TMM.

You can still trade it OTC by using the TMGOF.

That works for most of the major trading firms, but Zecco still won't do it.
