If you think this move is "real", then buy the best preferred or CT value. If you think this will actually result in a distribution down the road or in new shares in a new company, then buy the best preferred or CT value. If you are in for a daytrade, buy the commons IMO. Right now, with a $50 face, LEHCQ is BY FAR the best Lehman value... hands down.
