there are 3 listed exchanges..NYSE, NSADAQ and AMEX. The you have the "over the counter" which is OTCBB and pink sheets...and the lesser known gray sheets.
Pink sheets co are not required to report such things as earnings and material events, so they can lie (legally) as opposed to the listed companies having to disguise their lies, lolol

no way... BGP is listed on big board and it's not even a pink yet. It's listed and is reporting. I hate pinks and don't always trade them.
