Is GDMN IPO priced already, or still subject to negotiation or market condition.

I feel brokers may want to push it as low as possible, so they can get a good profit for clients and themselves.

This IPO has dragged on for a long time. The company is also not reporting progress to tell investor what this company has, boost SP so as to get good IPO price.
