Dennis Fisher owns some 50m restricted shares of BEHL and his honesty and wisdom has earned him every share by bringing this opportunity to us and this technology to the marketplace.
Of course as a shareholder he is interested in the most value for his shares. He can not sell his shares until Jan 2011. If a merger takes place or a buyout he then can take advantage of a sale if he wishes..and we all benefit!
I don't believe that Bill Sarpalius, the PR guy who is sourcing Govt money is a candidate for CEO. His decision to not take up a board seat is a good decision since he is lobbying for a BEHL Govt investment. A choice with a better profile would be needed to satisfy Black Mountain, unless there is a connection, but I don't think so.
