'imperativity',

This barrage of news may be ridiculous to some, but as for me having been invested in HDC for many years with very little communication from the company to it's investors,it's refreshing music to my ears. At least investors can keep current with what's going on within the company. It hasn't always been that way.

I think many on this board in reaching an opinion of whether a news release was warranted is correlated directly to the effect it has on the stock price for that particular day. This in my opinion is a mistake. Information from a company that I am invested in,however mundane,is important to me as a long term investor. Keeping investors informed is part of the key to keeping investors.

I know we are all waiting with much anticipation on the Quest news release which will be the most important news up to that point in HDC's history. I can see how other news events may be seen as non-relevant to many, especially short term investors waiting to "flip" the stock and those who haven't been invested in HDC but for a short while. That's fine with me,to each his own,but the more important issue to me is the long term health of this company which(IMO)will make money for all investors and an important part of that process is to keep investors informed through news flow. I salute Tom Gallagher for his work in doing this.

On another note we could see a spike in volume and PPS within a few more trading days due to the recent conference attended by Dr. Barnhill and John Norris. If they were able to sell their story to the investing community who attended.

you are right imp, it is ridiculous having too much news so close to each other. at times it really hurts more than helps.
