OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
The Minton prospect is located in a conventional operating field environment, although existing hydrocarbon production is limited to crude oil. An infrastructure of natural gas pipelines and related facilities does not currently exist in the prospect area. However, should sufficient resources be developed, Transgas has three natural gas facilities located 6 to 18 miles from the prospect lands which could be expanded (presumably by Transgas) to bring the prospect gas to market.
