80% of the volume of the day on FPPC came in the last hour. I was down, go me nervous actually, and then bounced up to trade up for the day. Good sign, IMO.

52 week high breakout -- blue sky breakout--is near. I like the energy sector--and FPPC has a very low shares outstanding. Oil and Gas production has been rising--and their last quarter showed a profit. I usually do not get into stocks that make money--LOL. But, what the hell.
