Shares 82,000,000 (increased by almost 2x since 6 months ago)
Float: 48,000,000 (it was 4 mil 6 months ago, why is it 48 mil now?)

7/23/2008 - Symbol Change
8/8/2008 - Symbol Change
8/11/2008 - Company did a 1/8500 reverse split (to reduce the float and OS??? we may be on to something here)

On 12/31/2008
Shares Outstanding: 209,425,280 (increased!)
Float: 171,723,512 (surprise, increased!)
