Yes I am. Mark Felgenhauer issued my shares and signed my share certificate. He also signed the bylaws allowing the shares I received.
This removal is void and illegal and attempted by a few people who have broken the law.
The letter he send to me says I issued the shares. Wrong.
Before I move to sue Mark and the rest I will give them one opportunity to void their letter of termination.
