The chart on page 15 has the following entries;

Dutchess Private Equity Fund II 300,000,000 Shares

LaJolla Cove Investors, Inc. 424,822,484 Shares

Since you doubt these values, perhaps you have a better source...or perhaps you are just blathering.

Which is it?
