I read that the harvester was delivered to Santa Ana.. Now you are saying it is in South Carolina and RWE is "building" the 3rd Gen of it?

I thought BECO was building the 3rd Gen Harvester in California?

It's no wonder things are behind and no one really knows whats going on ..
