That is one possibility. Another is that there is no better day to sell a few shares out of the treasury then a newsday. Perhaps the float grew a bit shortly after that news hit the wire? There are always as many unanswered questions here as there are answers so it is difficult to attract much serious attention, but at least business developments appear to continue to progress.
