i have been lurking around again this week, checking in to see how things were going on the IMGG board. all in all, i'm uninspired by the recent postings and general lack of fact finding and DD on the part of the posters. HOWEVER, bigowl, you are the bomb--great post.

also have to give a shout out to up and up. what up brother?

1) The $5,000,000 was obtained prior today? Um, no. He is actively seeking investors to raise this $5,000,000 on his Facebook page as we speak. I have been emailed about this directly 2 days ago.

2) I was not aware of a corrected form and this is exactly the type of information I was hoping to glean from posting to a discussion board designed to ask questions and share knowledge.

3) Apparently you haven't visited Alliance Acquisitions website where it very clearly states they have an investment in IMGG.

http://www.alliance-acquisitions.com/

4) There is no connection? The whole point of the raising the money for the incubator is to leverage their expertise and prior success to guide new startups. Without demonstrated success i.e. an actual profit, this becomes a harder sale. Imaging3 and it's stock are mentioned explicitly in the pitch.

5) I signed no non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. Sending something to people who's email addresses you solicit online with no signed confidentiality agreement makes it far from confidential.

6) None of your answers except #2 make any sense to me when you don't seem have any of the basic facts straight and haven't even visited the websites of the companies involved.

7) I have tried and failed to connect with Mike Nessen. Dean has previously replied to me, but has not lately as I assume he is busy. Some others on this board seem to have more success in this area ... again the board exists for sharing information in a mutually beneficial way.

I am in no way possessive of Dean's life. I am an investor in a publicly traded company and have been solicited to invest in a private offering. Both of these with open questions. I hardly see how trying to answer these questions on a message board to protect my investments constitutes an attempt to possess the CEO of said companies life.

I also suggest you research your facts such as visiting these companies websites.
