Yes, he has accepted responsibilty and the shareholders have spoken.

Now there is a chance for this issue to have a new start. There are still unanswered questions, but it's a beginning.

Of course he is a smart man. And a leader too. Maybe he let people take control that he shouldn't of. Maybe the burden of operations and behl stock was to much for him...I'm not talking about the broken promises.. I'm talking about other people taking control of his company. Also the bottom line is for 6 months the stock has done nothing for it's holders.. bottom line profit.. in the company and in the market... Time to step aside.. He is doing the right thing now..
