True, but we need a US office(understanding that the business is in Japan till expanded in US) that can handle shareholder questions. If you go public you have to deal with shareholders thats the deal especially when you are asking penny shareholders for investments. I understand that everything is new and the company just completed it first acqusitions and businesses just a few months ago. That's why I am giving so much leeway in getting things right. And shareholder communication is one of the things he needs to get started. Microcap was that effort but now we need a new one since that did not work out.
