Not only did he present forged Joel Pensley opinion letters to Olde Monmouth, he then tried to totally fictionalize an opinion letter after he got caught by creating a fake law firm letter head (Bogart Rolland and Cone)which used his father's (Uncle Norman -- the pet sponge Norman)) office's fax number as the contact number. He was caught on that one too.

Not only Pensley complained to the SEC. Olde Monmouth's attorney also wrote a letter to the SEC about this matter. These opinion letters were used to lift restrictions from stock issued to.........................................................................................

Why do you think the SEC swooped in so fast? It usually takes them 2 to 4 years to move on a scam They did it here within 6 months.
