Guys, with the readings from Final4, this is a do-over. Another 6 month do-over. The change of venue request is another stall tactic that in my opinion wont be granted but a stall tactic non the less.. TMO will do anything to stretch this out until a damages ruling is made or TMO agrees to a license agreement with back damages to be made...
