From the customers who know what should be on the tapes. Do you not think that the customers would not know if the process works? That's the same as me asking you how do you know it's not 100% accurate - In fact your question is easily answered by the number of companies/agencies using JBII. Unless you can find someone who cancelled there contract or commented that they were not completely satified with the accuracy of the tape reading you can't even suggest that companies who sole sourced to JBII were not completely satified. JBII is the only company who has proven they can do this. JBII has skids and skids of tapes waiting to be read. I've seen them myself.
