With over 2 million shares about to be undelivered in 2 days , you will see some volume.

if you look at the chart, its true, it went nowhere for about 8 days below .01

obviously if volume stops, any ticker goes nowhere.
that's why it will probably wait until the next news or some kind of update for it to change.

that being said, now that it is consolidating at a higher level, I would expect buying to move it up higher and faster than the last leg up to 025.
