the holdup with the court and the FDA affects all the ecigs stocks. you noticed after the fed court ruled in favor of the ecigs they all went up. since the FDA won a temporary stay, they have all gone down. there are no product from any of these companies in the US since then. SFIO was never in the US but if they can put their products in stores in the coming months and have a decent 1st qtr report showing sales in europe then the sp will go up.
the FDA and fed court seems to be far more important to many investors than we think. its more important than it should be when it comes to SFIO
It's being manipulated by a few "pee wee" investors and that will stop when there is enough buyer demand. This should happen in the not too distant future.
