Did I miss seeing PPS and shares really move on news of association with watersense?

Looks like Bill Graham has made some pretty bold statements. I hope Graham has the links to show these things. I never saw anything saying RCCH bought Water Sense. The only affiliation I ever saw between RCCH and Water Sense was what Bill Graham put on his own website. Maybe I missed it somewhere. If anybody has links showing RCCH made such claims please post them. Thanks.
