so both scottrade and etrade are allowing online trading in UCSO, I guess that leaves ameritrade only one requiring phone orders?

Hey, I'm just happy you can purchase through scott trade. Can you put in another order, put it way below the bid, just to see if they will still let you, then cancel it. I'll check ameritrade right now.
