Ema--I don't post much, but follow this board somewhat. I hope that you are correct. Personally, I would be happy with a RV of 1IQD = .10 USdollar. Do you think that there is a chance of this? The banks then could slowly get the 25000 notes out of circulation then introduce the lower denom bills.

Also - do you know any banks for sure that will accept IQD (cash) in exchange for US dollars to be placed in a US account?
