I recall someone saying Mondays and Thursdays were favorite days for PRs from GOIG. Almost daily, someone says they hope or expect a PR to come this day or the next or EOW.

Actually what was said was that GOIG typically issues PR's on Monday and Thursday. It was said a PR would be issued on Monday and it was, and it was a good one.
