LOL!!!!!!! I remember after PSCs were signed for blocks 2-4 of the JDZ that the general consensus was we would NEVER be able to buy under $.85 again because Sinopec was buying millions in the upper $.80s. That's one of my favorite BOARD BELIEFS.

I also remember how well that use of the word NEVER worked out. Hint - look at a 4 year price chart.

One lesson that should have been learned by people here is to NEVER use the word NEVER with regards to time or price.
