Short restriction on HLXW today. Might see bounce today..

Looks like CCTC has been getting shorted pretty heavily also - 10 million shares yesterday and 6 million today (still 30% of volume today) - and they still overcame that today to finish in the green 19% and dipped down through that gap between 0.115 and 0.131 during the day - don't know if that counts as filling the gap.
