Moskofraud is not as stupid as he is trying to act as though he is. He is just playing dumb to try to weasel the court, but it will not work.
The best he can hope for is that it buys a little time. In a civil case of this nature the court is only going to be interested in knowing if he received services for which he did not pay and how much his nonpayment for those services damaged MSG.
They gave him tickets, luxury suites, signage etc. He owes the money. One of the checks (the NSF check) was even notated with an invoice number by his own fat little fingers.
