and it also looks like about 4m shares traded from .001 to .10 back to .01 the first 6 days after news...

so maybe this thing really does have a public float around 4m. I wasn't so sure but I'm starting to believe it might be the case after all after analyzing the volume data a bit more. I was thinking it must be bigger because I've been able to build a decent sized position so far in all this volatility on small volumes. someday soon hopefully we'll get a filing that tells us.

There was a poster here that when he found out the share structure was 75M O/S he said what happened to the 10M O/S, which leads me to believe it was recently raised when the sony guy came aboard, and would thus make sense that the float is under 10M.IMO
